On Saturday August 18th I saw *NSYNC's POPODDYSSEY at Heina Stadium. In my hometown. I did see their HBP special last year. But this was the first time I saw them live. And let me tell ya is was amazing@ I loved it. I was sitting in Section: 520, Row: GG, Seat: 5. And I had such a great view! I was right in the middle. So I was able see everything. This concert was everything I thought it would be and mroe. I'm going to tell you some of my favorite moments of the show. I loved when they preformed "It's Gonna Be Me." In the begging of the song Lance is at the end of the runway talking to the audience and Joey comes running out yelling, "We got new toys to play with!" and carrying 2 very large stuff animals. Chris comes out pulling JC in a red wagon, who is holding a water gun. And Justin comes out on a Powerwheels. And they had these balls, with handles, that you sit on and bounce. Anyway, they had those and they sang while bouncing on them. A funny part is the little movie they made beofer "Space Cowboys". Very intersting. They rode mechanical bulls (during the song), and danced on them. I can't tell you how they danced. But if you've been to any concert on their tour this summer, you know what I'm talking about. Another favorite moment is when Chris did a little strip tease. He seemed to have a little trouble getting his chaps off. I love the little movie they did for "Gone". It was a silent movie thing. Which was really cool. During the song, on the big screen, you see the guys. But it looks like an old black and white movie. That was very cool. I use that word way too much. What was really "cool" is what they did for "The Game is Over". It was so cool. It was like a whole video game type thing. I can't really go into detail, because there's too much to explain. But I can think of 1 word to decribe it "WOW!" That was one of my favorite song of the night. I bet it was cool for Chris to preform in his hometown. The cool thing is that "Celebrity" came out before they cme to town. So I knew the words to the songs and was able to sing along, which was fun. (i have no life) All in all, it was a great night. And a great early 18th birthday present. I'm definelty seeing them when they come to town again. Maybe next time I can get closer. And found out how to get to tickets to the sound check party.
