On April 22, *NSync's Celebrity tour came to Pittsburgh. This time they played at Mellon Arena, a.k.a The Igloo or Civic Arena, what ever people still call it. I didn't get front row. But I had great seats. I went w/ my friend Christy. We sat in SEACTION: D9 ROW: A SEATS: 10 & 11. It's was so much closer than last time. It was such a great concert. Again, I'm going to talk about my favorite parts of the show.
The first song they song was "Do Your Thing". Which is my favorite song on the "Celebrity" album. Then they did a tribute to their inperations. They did 4 Beatles songs; "Twist and Shout", "Hey Jude", "I Want to Hold Your Hand" and "She Loves You." It was amazing. And my friend Jill, who is a Beatles fanatic, would have been very impressed. They also did 3 Tempations songs. "My Girl", "The Way You Do The Things You Do" and " Can't Get Next To You." Which where also very well done. And I knew all the words to each song. That's what happens when you listen to the oldies station w/ your dad.
Part way through the show they just sat down and talked. Chris tried to tell a story. Didn't come out right. But still funny. Then JC told a story. Which lead into an amazing blues version of "I Want You Back".
They sang "No Strings Attached". They had theses ropes they used to swing over the audience. I thought one of them was going to fall. They also did "Up Against the Wall" minus the Velco walls. But it was still really cool. All in all this was a great concert. And I'm so happy that I got to go see. I can't wait for their next ablum. This time I don't have any pictures for this reveiw. Hope you enjoyed this. And I can't wait for them to come back again.
